Property prices in Slovakia are at historic highs.

Housing affordability in Slovakia continues to worsen, and home ownership is becoming increasingly unattainable for many people. I commented on this topic in the main news broadcast of STVR on behalf of Wilusa Real Estate, where we discussed the current development of property prices as well as possible solutions for the future.

One of the main topics was also state-supported rental housing. Although Slovakia is succeeding in attracting investors, the main issue remains the slow preparation of projects and the construction process itself.
