Housing has become cheaper again. Is the price bottom still ahead of us?

Although there had been talk in recent months that the decline in property prices was over, the data for the first quarter show something different. Transaction prices, i.e. the prices at which a house or flat is actually sold (bought), are once again slightly lower.
