The reason is simple \u2013 there is still a shortage of high-quality projects. Buyers today do not want to deal with additional costs or renovations, which is why they prefer move-in-ready properties with good standards, energy efficiency, and location.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"768\" data-end=\"906\">Older apartments without upgrades are selling more slowly and often end up with investors who renovate them and return them to the market.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1e9y7on\" data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"964\">Trnava: accessibility to Bratislava plays a key role<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1209\">Trnava benefits from its proximity to the capital. The highest demand is for smaller apartments \u2013 ideal for investment or as starter homes. Smaller apartments sell quickly, while larger properties move more slowly due to a narrower target group. Unless mortgage conditions change, this trend is likely to continue.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1jl8e89\" data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1566\">Tren\u010d\u00edn: newer housing is in short supply<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1790\">In Tren\u010d\u00edn, the supply of newer apartments is limited. This creates upward pressure on prices \u2013 those looking for a higher standard have few options. It is not about a wealthier region, but rather a lack of quality supply.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"r6vo7w\" data-start=\"1792\" data-end=\"1837\">\u017dilina: growth shifts to older apartments<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1839\" data-end=\"2061\">\u017dilina is facing a shortage of new developments. As a result, price growth is shifting to older apartments that are immediately available. Smaller apartments and properties in good locations perform best. The most activity is in more affordable, older apartments. There is strong demand for newer apartments in better locations, supported by the IT sector and investors.
