This is what financial experts are pointing out. Estate agencies are busy too. Both the mortgage market and the property market have picked up. We looked into whether mortgages will get even cheaper and what the increased demand will do to property prices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cDemand for both new homes and flats on the secondary market \u2013 that is, second-hand properties \u2013 is considerably higher.
