Croatia attracts Slovaks. Wilusa delivered answers – and the interest exceeded expectations.

On February 21, 2026, we at Wilusa organized a workshop on real estate in Croatia at Prístavná 1, attracting dozens of interested participants — more than 35 people chose to invest their time to understand how buying and investing by the sea actually works today.
More than 20 participants joined online, while another 15 attended in person. The discussion was direct, specific, and without unnecessary fluff — exactly how we work with our clients.
The questions were not general. They focused on real decisions:
- where it makes sense to buy today
- what works from an investment perspective
- how to minimize risks
- and what determines whether a property generates income or just sits idle
